How long will it take for my item to be repaired?

We try to check equipment within 2 to 3 days. Sometimes it is longer if we get "covered up" with work. Please ask and we will tell you the approximate time your equipment will be checked. We keep a very large supply of parts, but sometimes we have to order parts from out of town. The normal delivery time is usually 2 to 3 days, but some manufacturers take a week to get parts to us. Other times a part may be on backorder and it can take longer. We do give businesses priority service so they are able to keep their business running smoothly.

Will you keep me informed on the progress of the repair?

Sure we will. You are always welcome to call us and we will be glad to update you on the status of your repair.

Do you warranty your work?

YES. Most parts usually have a 90 day warranty. The labor warranty is 30 days, but we usually extend it to take care of our customers. We have been in business since 1972 and it is because we give quality service and take care of our customers. As our motto says, "Service with a smile". We believe totally in keeping our customers happy. We want repeat customers and this has proven to bring them back for their future repairs.

Will you answer questions and repair status by E-mail?

Yes, I usually check my E-mail hourly, 7 days a week. We will be glad to answer questions by E-mail, but please include a phone number if we need to reach you by phone. Sometimes due to spam, we could over-look your E-mail, if we don't reply, please call us.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Do you charge for estimates?

We charge a $50.oo / $85.00 non-refundable check-out fee when your equipment is mailed or brought in for repair. A technician will check your unit and we will call or E-mail you with an estimate. With your approval, we will repair your unit and the $50.00 / $85.00 will be deducted from the total. If you decide not to have your unit repaired, we will reassemble it at no additional charge and return it to you. There may be an additional payment required on repairs which require special ordered parts or extensive time.

Will you repair my television in the home?

We make home calls for TV's 30" and larger. We will try to repair your TV in the home, but if it can't be repaired in the home we will need to bring it to our service center. There will be additional charges for pickup and delivery. We will be glad to quote you a price.

What are your hours?

8 AM till 6 PM Monday thru Friday and on Saturday 9 AM till 12 noon. After hour calls by request. We are closed on Sunday.
